Going through mundane tasks in your everyday life can be understandably daunting. Working a job you hate and dealing with the force of negative energies which the universe tries to impose upon you becomes exhausting. This record highlights these emotions over classic, rap-forward production. In both the record and the visual we can relate to CASO through a series of demoralizing events.

From getting disrespected at his restaurant job, to being greeted by angry customers on deliveries, CASO can’t seem to catch a break. Through it all, CASO manages to smile as he reaches the peak of carelessness with his friends. The Massachusetts artist, who just sold out two back-to-back shows at The Middle East in Cambridge with Justin Clancy, Senseless Optimism, and myself, is known for creating immersive worlds in his videos, and Take Me Back, lives up to that talent.
